Los Altos 1200 sqft 2 Story Art Gallery ADU
1200 sqft 2 story modern adu with a loft and a rooftop deck. We designed this art gallery adu for the client as a meeting space doubled as a guest house.
Santa Clara 1200 sqft ADU
After building this ADU with vaulted high ceiling and a flexible floorplan, owner decided to move into the ADU and rent out the front house. After two years living here, owner is welcoming their newborn here.

Saratoga 1000 sqft ADU
This large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom ADU features a big master bathroom with tub and a walk in closet. Electric panel was upgraded to 400amp.

We designed and built this 1b1b ADU. From design, permit, to completion, it took roughly 1 year. The client is a young family that need the space for their in-laws. Very happy for them😇.

A modern pool house for our client in San Jose. This ADU is meant to be a surprise gift for the client's visiting mom. Love it that there's a shower that they can easily access after using the pool now!

This 2 bedroom1 bathroom ADU was built for owner's elderly parents. We helped the owner to design and construct the space. 9 feet vaulted ceiling, big bay window, french door opening to the patio area.

Another ADU in San Jose just got completed! Owner is a very experienced investor and owns properties all over the Bay Area. This is one of the investment properties that we worked on for him.

Santa Clara finally revised the city's ADU ordinances to allow more than 2 bedrooms and more than 1 bathroom now! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom ADU is perfect as a cash-generating investment property.

This 1 bedroom1 bathroom ADU is now renting for $2980/month; the front house is renting for $4700/month. Many renters are attracted to the private yards that we created - hope the aerial view gives you some inspirations.
