Highlights

This project has an attached ADU on the first floor that can be used either as a guest suite, a bedroom for a family, or a rental income.

On the second floor there is a rooftop deck that maximizes the use of living space. Ideal feature for those who want to enjoy outdoor sun without going downstairs to the backyard. A challenge for this roof deck is water proofing. It requires extra planning to ensure there is minimize the risks of leaking in the future.
