This project uses the attached ADU to maximize the living footprint as the lot is only 4,000 sqft. By adding the ADU it was allowed to push to the maximum rear and side setbacks.

The private ADU also allows the flexibility for the homeowner to have a completely separate space for self-use or for rental.

This project also has 16 feet high vaulted ceiling that allows a small living area to feel much spacious than it is. The half bath under the staircase also makes the most use of the living space.​​​
